Founded in 2013 in the Eastern Townships, Les Constructions Viens has since delivered numerous projects across the region: new homes, major residential renovations, additions, large-scale residential developments and, more recently, commercial and industrial buildings. Each project has reinforced our belief that the key to great construction is great communication.
Today, our team serves both the residential and commercial-industrial sectors, but our approach remains the same: a dedicated point of contact, a clear process and a commitment to quality at every stage.

Founder & President
A family man and an entrepreneur at heart, Maxime has more than 20 years of experience in construction. He founded the company in 2013 and is the named representative on RBQ licence 5697-7705-01. The backbone of the team, he is known for his human approach, his availability and how freely he gives his time. He likes being close to people, understanding what they need and building trust that lasts well beyond a project.
Project Manager & Foreman
With more than 20 years of experience, Vincent is an exceptional builder, known for his rigour, his eye for detail and the quality of his work. He plans the work, coordinates the trades and runs the site on the ground. Ambitious and demanding of himself, he likes things to be well thought out, well executed and built to last.
Administration & Estimation
A former carpenter turned administrator and operator, Miguel brings a job-site perspective to the numbers and to running the company. He prepares the estimates and tracks budgets, from the first price to the end of the work. Passionate about technology, he builds custom software with artificial intelligence to simplify operations, improve efficiency and help the team make better decisions.
Project Manager & Foreman
A family man and a hands-on builder, Jean-François has more than 30 years of experience in construction. He runs the work day to day and keeps the site moving. Fast, efficient and deeply experienced, he knows how to move a project forward without ever sacrificing the quality of the work. His experience lets him see quickly what needs to be done and get to it.
Our RBQ licence 5697-7705-01 has been active since 2015 and covers general contractor categories 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 (new residential buildings covered by a warranty plan, classes I and II) as well as 1.3 (buildings of all kinds). It includes 13 specialised subcategories, among them excavation, concrete, masonry, metalwork, wood framing, roofing and cladding, doors and windows, and finishing. A $40,000 licence bond is held through the ACQ, with no claims on file.
