Come work with us
A small local team in Estrie. We look for capable, reliable people who take pride in work well done, not a particular title on the CV.
Here's what we're looking for
Not a big machine. A human-scale team, projects that move forward, relationships built on trust.
- Reliable, hard-working, respectful
- Independent on a job site, and comfortable in a team
- Ready to take on more responsibility
- Work well done before the show
Our mission: to make construction an industry worthy of trust. In practice, that means choosing the projects we can deliver as promised, and keeping the company financially solid so we can honour our commitments to the team. Before every decision, we ask the same question: does this make us more worthy of trust in the long run?
